I was so excited to do this maternity shoot! It was for a very dear friend who will soon be welcoming home her second sweet baby. Her little guy is such a ham! He kept me on my toes and I loved capturing his smiley, energetic personality. I really enjoyed getting to spend the afternoon with these three!

Here are just a few shots from the maternity session I did right after the new year. Thank goodness we did them when we did, because three weeks later I was back taking their newborn shots!
beginnings {week one}
This year, I am going to do a 52 week photography challenge. The challenge is to take a photo each week using assigned themes. Week one is beginnings.
This is from a session I did last week….a new beginning as this couple prepares to welcome their first baby.
